Since the Pyrovatex treatment is absorbed into the cotton fibers, with proper care the suit will retain its flame retardant properties beyond the useful life of the garment. The treatment process leaves the exterior shiny and supple. All RaceQuip suits are assembled with heavy duty, multi-needle, over lock safety stitch machines to provide seam strength. The 110 series is a single layer garment that is SFI 3.2A/1 rated. Garment is made with single layer Pyrovatex construction FRC material. The FRC material retains the softness and breathability of cotton and will wick away moisture from the skin. Since the Pyrovatex treatment is absorbed into the cotton fibers, with proper care the suit will retain its flame retardant properties beyond the useful life of the garment. Meets or exceeds SFI 3.2A/1 with TPP rating of 11. The FRC material retains the softness and breathability of cotton and will wick away moisture from the skin. Also features heavy duty 2 way YKK zipper built on FR tape installed with a double overlap for more secure front opening.
