Hood has a non-direct automatic vent that allows air to escape as necessary from the top of the hood while restricting water to re-enter. The 5mm Merino Lined Hood offers greater warmth than most standard 7mm hoods yet is as light and flexible as other manufactures traditional 5mm hood. The Hoods seams are glued and flat-lock stitched for strength and durability. Built to the same exacting standards as our 7mm hoods, the 5mm Hood is ideal for divers who chill easily in warm water, cool water, and hearty cold-water divers. Constructed from 5mm titanium lined nylon 2 neoprene throughout the head and neck areas, with Pinnacles patented Merino lining throughout. The Merino Lined 5mm Hood is a full-featured 5mm wetsuit zippered hood. Donning and doffing are made easy with the gusseted rear zipper. Built to the same exacting standards as our 7mm hoods, the 5mm Hood is ideal for divers who chill easily in warm water, cool water, and hearty cold-water divers.
