Simply pour or brush your sauce over the tops of the drumsticks – it will drip down to coat the whole piece of chicken. The stainless-steel roaster comes with a recipe for stuffed peppers. Use large jalapenos to make your own jalapeno ‘poppers’, or romano peppers for a more substantial starter. If your peppers are too narrow, slide a toothpick horizontally through the pepper. The pepper will rest on the toothpick instead of falling through the holes!
