Neoprene on Nylon Tested to ASTM D6413 Liquid Penetration (ASTM F903) Elastic Waist Chest High Full-Around Coverage Wide Leg Design Adjustable Elastic Suspenders with Back Take-Up Tabs On Lower Legs with Hook & Loop Download Flyer | Neese. All seams in the garment, except the hems, are to be sealed on the coated side of the fabric with a clear 7/8” wide PVC tape making the garment 100% waterproof.
