The pant is constructed primarily of high-tech G-1000 Eco fabric but there are also stretch polyamide/polyester/elastane fabric panels that enhance fit without jeopardizing protection. Its dense weave makes it highly wind-resistant and with its impregnated wax treatment it is fully windproof. The pants have a button closure a zippered fly and integrated belt loops (belt not included). The waxed recycled polyester/organic cotton fabric ensures breathable windproof and highly water-resistant protection. The trousers use strategic paneling to optimize protection durability fit and comfort. NOTE that additional Fjallraven Greenland Wax is sold separately and the trousers do require periodic waxing for optimal protective performance. Other features include two-way zippered hip-to-knee vent additional vents at the calves two hand pockets two leg pockets with buttoned flaps and one interior mesh pocket. Strap adjustments and boot hooks at the leg cuffs allow you to adjust fit and wear with gaiters (gaiters not included). The G-1000 Eco fabric is highly abrasion-resistant UV-protective and so tightly woven that it even fends off insects.
