Important Notes: CRL Shower Door Hinges are designed for residential or hotel shower use. Cut-out dimensions for CRL hinges may not match those of other brands. Maximum two hinges per door. Glass fabrication is required. If hinges are to be used for other than their intended purpose approval must be obtained from the CRL Shower Door Technical Sales Department. CRL Plymouth Series Hinges have the ability of supporting wider heavier doors with a maximum door weight of 140 lbs. NOTE: Do not use three hinges. Use only the template included with this hinge. Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10 to 12 mm) 39" (1 m) width the two hinges will hold up to 140 lbs. They also deliver increased self-centering force and the heat-treated stainless steel springs produce enhanced durability. These hinges utilize an integrated stiffening beam to minimize clamping plate flex resulting in exceptional holding power.
