Injection-molded ABS outer shell is rugged yet lightweight - the best combination of features for a motorcycle helmet. Complies to US DOT safety standards. Biltwell's lean, light and comfortable DOT-compliant 3/4 lid boasts many of the same hand-painted finishes available in their novelty range, but in a helmet that meets or exceeds U.S. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) safety liner dissipates impact loads without compromising comfort. DOT standards. The Bonanza's interior features a custom-shaped EPS safety shell and a hand-stitched liner with moisture-wicking brushed Lycra panels and open-cell foam padding for breathability and comfort. Removable / replaceable comfort liner and cheek pads feature brushed fleece Lycra touch points to absorb and evaporate perspiration. Snaps on brow accept all Biltwell and select other brand bubble shields, visors and optical accessories. The rugged nylon neck strap features plated steel D-rings and a snap strap end retainer with Biltwell anvil branding. Note: Matching visors and bubble shields sold separately. Chin strap features brushed fleece Lycra touch points for comfort and an adjustable strap end retainer.
